What do you enjoy most about your role at Eventus Recruitment?

What I enjoy most is building long-term relationships and genuinely making a difference to people’s careers. Whether it’s supporting a candidate in securing a role that really suits them, or helping a firm make a key strategic hire, it’s rewarding to know you’ve played a part in that journey. No two days are the same, and the people element of the role is what keeps it interesting.

How do you unwind after work?

I like to switch off by spending time with my husband and two children, taking the dog for a walk and cooking. After a busy day, it’s important to take that time to reset.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my family—I have a big family, so there’s always something going on, which I love. I also enjoy getting away when I can, whether that’s a city break or a sunny holiday to recharge and explore somewhere new.
