How would you describe Eventus Recruitment in 3 words?
Friendly, Passionate, Professional.
What do you enjoy most about your role at Eventus?
I love talking to people and I enjoy taking the time to understand each candidate and what they are looking for in their next position. I find it extremely rewarding to match this with the specific requirements of our clients’ vacancies. I also take great satisfaction in building strong, long-term relationships with clients, supporting them in finding high quality talent, and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
How do you unwind after work?
I love spending quality time with my husband and our two daughters. We enjoy baking together, visiting the park and often settle down on the weekends to watch family films. When we are not busy taking the girls to their clubs and activities, we like to relax by catching up on a good TV series or a light-hearted comedy.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family, I am one of seven, so there is always something going on. We are very close and love getting together whenever we can. When I am not cooking at home, I enjoy eating out with friends and family and watching the latest movies at the cinema.
Top tip that you would give to a professional who is looking for a new career opportunity?
Be open and clear about what you are really looking for, being receptive to new possibilities can lead to exciting opportunities. The more I understand what matters most to you the better I can support you in finding a position that truly feels like the right fit, whether it’s the culture, flexibility or work life balance.
Top tip that you would give to a business to ensure a robust recruitment strategy?
My top tip for any business aiming to develop a strong recruitment strategy is to invest time and resources into the process from the very beginning, as this will bring benefits in the long term. It is important to clearly define your company’s values and culture as these form the foundation for attracting the right talent who will flourish within your organisation. Investing in your people through ongoing training and development is equally vital, as it demonstrates a commitment to growth and helps with retention. Additionally, if your business offers flexible working options, make sure to communicate this openly, flexibility is highly valued by candidates and can significantly broaden your pool of applicants.
