Overview:

The Eventus Recruitment Group are actively seeking an engaged,
professional and high calibre Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist
Legal or Finance recruitment divisions, working either from our offices in
Lancaster or Wilmslow (with hybrid working available).

The successful Recruitment Consultant will be given unrivalled
training and support from our highly successful and dynamic team. We are

What does the role involve?

Taking over a warm, successful patch (still with the ability to make your own mark), you will be dealing with all aspects of the recruitment cycle. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

·        To build, manage and grow Client relationships, specialising in either legal or financial recruitment across a specified geographical region.

·        Identifying, attracting and engaging candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements.

·        To contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating commercial ‘recruitment solutions’ for new business wins.

·        To identify and maximise new business opportunities in existing clients and leverage all commercial opportunities across major key accounts.

·        To achieve specific new business targets and growth goals.

·        To fulfil Client briefs in a timely and cost-effective manner.

·        To deliver superior service every time to both Clients and Candidates.

·        Increasing awareness of the both the Eventus Recruitment Group brand and your own personal brand in the local area via social media, networking and sponsorship events.

We are welcoming applicants with at least 1 years’ work experience within a transferrable discipline that has allowed you to develop excellent communication (written and verbal), client services skills, and a strong desire for success. You will have a strong education pedigree, be results-focussed and have a drive to succeed within a rewarding industry where you can personally make an impact. Perseverance is needed to achieve the best results, so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You don’t need recruitment experience, but you do need the work ethic and commitment to develop skills in a new career. Sales experience would be a bonus, but a sales-mindset is essential.

This role can be office / hybrid based in Lancaster. In addition, regular candidate and client meetings will be part of this role so you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

As well as a competitive basic salary we offer an excellent commission structure that is uncapped and rewards your individual hard work and determination. You will also be offered We also offer:
