I enjoy going out for walks or reading a good book!

I like to spend time with my friends and family, I often go to the Lake District to visit my family there.

Stay open-minded! It’s great to have a focus on exactly what you want in your career, but sometimes you find great opportunities outside of what you had planned.

Top tip that you would give to a business to ensure a robust recruitment strategy?

Be consistent and ensure you are communicating with your candidates as much as possible. It creates trust, makes the candidates feel valued and builds excellent relationships for the future.
