I would like to explain how we can help you and what we do.
Before we put a new role on our websites, we have visited our clients offices, so we know how they work, what sort of person they look for when recruiting. Our clients tell us what they want to see on a CV, what they want from a candidate, and then we try and find the perfect match.
When sending your CV to us, make sure it has on firstly your personal details, you would be amazed at how many people don’t update their telephone number or email address or indeed what area they live in.
Make sure it is up to date with all the relevant details, i.e. what you do on a daily basis, what systems you use, and what makes you stand out.
It is our job to try to ensure that we find you a job you will love in an environment suited for you, it is beneficial for both sides to achieve this. We will then negotiate holidays, pay, flexible working hours, working from home to get you the right role.
