Eventus Legal are seeking a Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property law to join a well-established North-East firm to lead the team as Partner and Head of Commercial Property. The successful candidate will be leading a successful team working for high quality client base.
The incoming Commercial Property Partner will be expected to handle a caseload encompassing areas such as Landlord and Tenant, Sales and Acquisitions, Secured Lending, Development, Options and Conditional Contracts and Academy Conversions. The firm operate across a variety of sectors but experience in agriculture would be desirable. The caseload is fluid to some extent and will depend on the individual’s expertise and interests. The role has arisen due to succession planning.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5PQE who are interested in leading a successful Commercial Property team. You must have experience across a variety of commercial property work and have real ambition and determination to lead an important team for the firm. Experience in dealing with agricultural property work would be a benefit, although is not essential. Although your own contacts would be useful, the firm has a large client base and so this is not a business development opportunity.
